Artist and Photographer - Anthony Marshall I have been a professional for over twenty years and Had over thirty five exhibitions around the UK, my work is held in private collections in Britain, Europe, USA and the far east. During the time I have been creating the work for this exhibition. I have become increasingly aware of the affects of global warming on the landscape, particularly spring and autumn. Spring starts much earlier now and the colours gradually build in intensity. The autumn seems to get later and later, allowing the colours to become more saturated, sometimes more like New England than UK. My “Liquidlight” work as made me aware of the fundamental importance of water, to every living thing on the planet. Climate change is giving us the clearest possible signals to conserve water. Today one in ten of the worlds rivers dries up before it reaches the sea.
